Vermont Getaway
Vermont:
Are you looking for a romantic getaway, or a girls weekend a way? I have a great suggestion. The Little town of Dorset Vermont is peaceful and relaxing.
The town it's self is pretty small, they have a corner store and a few Bed and Breakfast.
My personal favorite is the Marble West Inn. The owners are wonderful, the hospitality was outstanding. The rooms were beautiful and I could not have asked for a better place to stay. I give Marble Falls West (5 stars).
Once you've settled in you might want to go about 5 min. up the road to Manchester where you will find miles of outlet shopping. All your favorite brands are here. Once you have finished shopping, there are many wonderful restaurants to choose from. A don't miss in Dorset is the Dorset Playhouse. This professional theatre has been part of Dorset and Manchester since the 1930's and continues to draw large crowds from around the area. Buy your tickets early, you are guaranteed a great show.

Welcome Aboard
| This site is not for those of you whose idea of vacation is a bar-b-que in the back yard, but for all of you travel lovers and dreamers out there. It does not matter if you travel once a year or you travel on a weekly bases, when your ready to take off you will have lot's of great vacation destinations in mind and a list of must see and do attractions, restaurants, and shopping. I am a mom of three wonderful children, two in college and the third in Jr. High. My husband and I have made it a point to spend as much time as possible vacationing as a family. Not only are wonderful family memories made but it expands the world view of our children allowing them to see this vast world that our God created for us to enjoy. In addition to family vacations my husband and I have had parent child trips (you will be amazed at how open your child will be come when you are just enjoying each other and a new place) and we always have made time for a few second honeymoon vacations. I have learned that vacationing does not have to be expensive. Every state has wonderful exciting weekend getaways and many are probably just a short drive down the road. I encourage each of you to start dreaming about the perfect vacation and then begin making it a reality. Start today setting money aside in a Dream vacation account, begin researching vacation destinations and looking for all the great deals out there. The most important thing is to keep us posted on your findings, great deals and let us know how your Dream Vacation was. |
